Manchester United has once again teamed up with adidas Football for Season 2018-19.

The new jersey is special, marking 140 years since the club first began.

To recognise this in the jersey's design - adidas have included a train track graphic referencing United's original name; Newton Heath (Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway) Cricket and Football Club.

In 1892, the club entered the English First Division – the highest league in the country at the time, before changing its name to the now world-renowned Manchester United in 1902, and moving to the iconic stadium of Old Trafford in 1910.

Manchester United's iconic Red is the main focus point, yet adidas' touches of black make for a brilliant finish.

Richard Arnold, Group Managing Director of Manchester United, said: “There are many great moments in this club’s fantastic history... This shirt from adidas pays homage to the year we were founded, and marks 140 years of footballing success."

It seems like the Red Devil's latest home kit has made everyone involved please and happy with the final design.

Inigo Turner, design director at adidas Football, said: “The new shirt for Manchester United mixes the heritage and history of the club’s illustrious past, with modern technology and design innovation from adidas.

The new kits will feature on pitch for the first time during the club's pre-season tour.

You'll be able to get your hands on the new Manchester United home kit in Australia when it is released on July 24th
