Alli, who sustained a minor thigh injury during his England's 2-1 victory over Tunisia in their first World Cup match on June 18, did not play for the Three Lions when they thrashed Panama 6-1 to claim their biggest World Cup win ever on Sunday.
England will face Belgium in Kaliningrad on Thursday in a match that will decide which of the teams wins Group G. Both sides have already qualified for the last 16.
