A total of 40,727 fans attended the World Cup match between Denmark and Australia, which took place in the Russian city of Samara on Thursday, FIFA said via the tournament's official Twitter account on Thursday.
The Group C match ended in a 1-1 draw.
The 42,000-seater Samara Arena will host another four games of the tournament, including the Russia-Uruguay Group A match and a quarter-final.
