The World Cup round of 16 match between France and Argentina was played in front of a sell-out crowd of 42,873 fans at Kazan Arena.
France beat Argentina 4-3 in a pulsating encounter to move through to the quarter-finals, where they will play either Uruguay or Portugal.
The previous sold-out game at the Kazan Arena took place on Monday morning between Poland and Colombia. The stadium will host a quarter-final match on Friday.
