Brazil midfielder Philippe Coutinho, who was named man of the match after his side’s 1-1 draw with Switzerland, said on Sunday that his team played well during Sunday’s World Cup encounter.
Coutinho broke the deadlock in the 20th minute, but Switzerland’s Steven Zuber equalized in the 50th minute to earn Switzerland a draw, in the match played in Rostov-on-Don.
"All the teams at the World Cup are very well qualified - it was a tough game," the 26-year-told said post-match.
"But I think out team played well. We did have many positive moments in the match. Of course, we wanted to win, but the World Cup is made up of three games. We have to think of the next game," the 26-year-told told journalists at the post-match conference."
Brazil are playing in Group E alongside Switzerland, Serbia and Costa Rica.
