Croatia head coach Zlatko Dalic said on Saturday that his team still had "fuel" left for their World Cup semi-final encounter with England.
Croatia beat Russia on penalties in Sochi on Sunday morning (AEST) to qualify for the World Cup semi-finals.
"Of course, we have some fuel left for the England match. We don't want to settle for the semi-finals. We are motivated and want to hold two more great matches at this tournament. I believe in it," Dalic said post match.
Croatia will next face England at Moscow’s Luzhinki Stadium on Wednesday in the semi-finals.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup kicked off on June 14 and will continue until July 15, with the final set to be held at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium.
