The Pharaohs will face Russia in St. Petersburg on Tuesday.

"We played against Uruguay at an excellent level, and we know that in football there are always chances of winning or losing, and we are waiting for the upcoming match. I think that all the players and all the technical staff - all of us are very ready to face Russia tomorrow. All our players believe that this would be our launching pad into the second round," El-Hadary told journalists.

The 2018 World Cup kicked off on 14 June and will continue until 15 July, with the matches set to be played in 11 cities across Russia.
