England's team used rubber chickens during their training session to add "a bit of fun" to their preparations for the World Cup semi-final against Croatia, England head coach Gareth Southgate said on Tuesday.
Earlier on Tuesday, England posted a video of their final training session ahead of the Croatia game where they played tag using rubber chickens as part of their warm-up.
England beat Sweden 2-0 in the quarter-finals and will face Croatia in Moscow on Wednesday.
"Our physical performance coaches try to keep refreshing the warm-up to keep the players stimulated, so just a bit of fun to get them moving," Southgate told journalists when asked about the purpose of using toys in the training session.
