"According to the feedback, Russia's World Cup became a real success. This is the opinion of the fans, those who traveled across the country, the opinion of the TV audience. I think, a few years of [preparation] work can be graded with an A. The cities coped both in terms of hospitality and security. The most important thing is that our citizens showed that Russia is an open and friendly country. We took a great responsibility hosting this tournament and we handled it [well]," Dvorkovich told journalists.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup kicked off on June 14 and will come to a close on July 15, with Belgium taking on England in the third place play-off on Saturday in St.Petersburg and France facing Croatia in the final, which will be played at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium.
