FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura says that she though she heard thunder after Russia forward Artem Dzyuba's equaliser scored in the round of 16 encounter with Spain.
Dzyuba scored from the penalty spot four minutes before the halftime break after Russia veteran defender Sergei Ignashevich netted an own goal in the 12th minute.
"Wow what an atmosphere here tonight in Luzhniki Stadium. I thought after Artem Dzyuba's equalising goal that I heard thunder, but it was the roar of the Russian fans!" Samoura posted on Twitter.
