MOSCOW, June 3 (Sputnik) - On loan CSKA Moscow forward Ahmed Musa and Amkar Perm defender Bryan Idowu have been included in Nigeria’s final 2018 FIFA World Cup squad, the Nigerian Football Federation announced on its Twitter account on Sunday.
Nigeria's 23-man World Cup squad includes:
Goalkeepers: Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Francis Uzoho, Daniel Akpeyi;
Defenders: William Ekong, Tyronne Ebuehi, Elderson Echiejile, Bryan Idowu, Chidozie Awaziem, Leon Balogun, Kenneth Omeruo, Abdullahi Shehu;
Midfielders: Mikel John Obi, Ogenyi Onazi, Wilfred Ndidi, Oghenekaro Etebo, John Ogu, Joel Obi;
Forwards: Ahmed Musa, Kelechi Iheanacho, Victor Moses, Odion Ighalo, Alex Iwobi, Simeon Nwankwo.
The World Cup will be held in Russia from June 14 till July 15, with Nigeria facing Argentina, Iceland and Croatia in Group D.
