France striker Antoine Griezmann, who notched up a goal and an assist, was named the man of the match for his heroics in Friday's World Cup quarter-final against Uruguay in Nizhny Novgorod.
Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane headed home Griezmann's free-kick in the 40th minute before Griezmann scored himself in the 61st minute to seal France's victory.
