Cherchesov and his fellow coaches, including Brazil's Tite, England's Gareth Southgate and France's Didier Deschamps, gave advice to the fans who managed to buy tickets for the World Cup matches.

"You've put in a lot of effort to become one of those who will get the coveted tickets. And now you are going to watch the World Cup matches in Russia... It [the FAN ID] is like a visa and it gives you a lot of other benefits. The main one is free travel within and between cities," Cherchesov said.

Other head coaches reminded fans about the rules for visiting the stadiums, asked to cheer for their national teams as loudly as possible, but be respectful of the rivals and their fans and to avoid any manifestations of discrimination.

Russia will host its first FIFA World Cup from June 14 to July 15. The fixtures will be played at 12 stadiums across 11 cities.
