Belgium midfielder Nacer Chadli said on Saturday that he was "proud" of his team, and that they would achieve success in the future, following their 2-0 win over England in the World Cup third place play-off.
Chadli suffered a suspected hamstring injury in the 39th minute of the match and was substituted by Thomas Vermaelen.
"I'll undergo a [medical] examination on Monday. I felt pain when I picked up the injury, but I can walk now. I'm proud and happy that we finished third... I believe that the team will achieve success. It has been a tough season, so, I understood why the coach left me on the bench, but I worked well, so I was given a chance to play," Chadli told journalists.
