"Very important: Kamil Glik, one of the key Polish players, who injured his shoulder recently, flies with the team to Russia tomorrow. There is hope he will be ready for third game, against Japan," Kozminski posted on Twitter.

The 30-year-old, who has earned 58 Poland caps since 2010, picked up the injury while performing an overhead kick during training.

Poland will play Japan in Volgograd on June 28 after taking on Senegal and Colombia in their first two Group H matches.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup will take place in Russia between June 14 and July 15.
