Belgium forward Romelu Lukaku said Brazil star Neymar was not an "actor" but one of the best football players in the world.
Neymar has been criticized by the media and experts for falling on the ground too often in alleged pain following contact with opposition players.
"Neymar is not an actor," Lukaku said.
"He is one of the best players in the world. I will play against him for the second time and I am looking forward (to this)."
Belgium will face five-time champions Brazil in the World Cup quarter-finals in Kazan on Friday.
