Russian Deputy Interior Minister Igor Zubov said on Friday that the number of administrative offenses committed during the World Cup in Russia was “very minimal.”
“I think that [the World Cup in Russia] will be one of the safest and most law-abiding events of this level in the history of the tournament. Of course, there are various administrative offenses, even crimes, but the figures are so very minimal that there is no point in discussing them,” Zubov said.
