Australia forward Andrew Nabbout is likely to miss the rest of the World Cup due to the shoulder injury he suffered in the 75th minute of his side's 1-1 draw with Denmark.
The 25-year-old fell awkwardly, dislocating his shoulder and is expected to be sidelined for two weeks.
The Socceroos will need to work their way deep into the tournament if the forward is to make another appearance.
Australia coach Bert van Marwijk said post-match: "Andrew Nabbout looks to have picked up a bad shoulder injury. I think his tournament is over."
Australia will face Peru in Sochi on 26 June in their last Group C match.
