"We are waiting for more than 5,000 fans from Sweden and approximately the same amount of Mexicans for the last match [in Yekaterinburg] that will be held tomorrow," said local official Vasily Kozlov.

He added that the upcoming game will be the most popular match in Yekaterinburg among foreign supporters.

According to the minister, over 4,000 fans from Egypt and Uruguay, 3,500 French supporters and 15,000 Peruvians came to support their national teams in the previous matches that were held at the Yekaterinburg Arena.

Mexico top Group F with six points, and Sweden, who have three points, are third behind Germany.
