The round of 16 game will be played later on Monday and will become the last World Cup match to take place at the 43,500-seater Rostov Arena.
"Over 30,000 supporters have arrived in Rostov-on-Don, including more than 5,000 foreign fans, with 1,000 fans from Belgium and 1,000 fans from Japan," said city official Igor Guskov.
