Colombia midfielders James Rodriguez and Wilmar Barrios trained with the rest of the team, two days after arriving at their training base in Kazan.
Both players were reported to have missed the team's open training session on Thursday due to muscle fatigue.
Colombia will kick off their World Cup campaign against Japan on Tuesday, before facing Poland on June 24 and Senegal on 28 June.
Russia's first-ever FIFA World Cup will last till 15 July, with a total of 64 matches set to be held at 12 stadiums across 11 cities.
