Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo has agreed a stunning move to Italian champions Juventus, where he will be earning €30 million (almost $47.5 million) per year, Spanish media are reporting tonight.
According to sports daily AS, the player agreed to leave Real for Juvenuts a few weeks ago, with the two clubs currently negotiating the fee for his transfer.
Italian media had previously reported that Juventus planned to sign Ronaldo during the summer transfer window, while Spanish newspaper Marca later reported that the Italian club had already reached a verbal agreement with the 33-year-old player.
Ronaldo moved to Real Madrid from Manchester United in 2009 for the then record transfer fee of around $149 million.
He scored 44 goals in as many matches in all competitions for Real last season, helping his side claim their fourth Champions League crown in five seasons.
