The World Cup Round of 16 match between Spain and Russia finished 1-1 after 90 minutes, with the game going into extra time.
Russia’s veteran defender Sergei Ignashevich netted an own goal in the 12th minute under pressure from Spain captain Sergio Ramos to give Spain the lead.
Russia forward Artem Dzyuba scored an equaliser from the penalty spot four minutes before the halftime break.
If the score is still tied at the end of extra time, the game will go to a penalty shootout.
