The Russia national football team has returned to their base camp just outside Moscow on Wednesday after winning their second World Cup match against Egypt in Saint Petersburg.
Hosts has taken six points from six at the World Cup. After thrashing Saudi Arabia 5-0 in the tournament opener, they beat Egypt 3-1 on Tuesday.
Russia moved to the brink of a second round place with the win against the Pharaohs and their place will be secured on Wednesday if Uruguay avoid defeat in Saudi Arabia game.
Stanislav Cherchesov's men will now take on Uruguay at the 42,000-seater Samara Arena on June 25.
