Egypt head coach Hector Cuper said Russia had an efficient team after the hosts recorded a 3-1 win in St. Petersburg on Tuesday.
"The Russians showed that they are an efficient team. They run a lot and cover a lot of ground. However, I can't predict how Russia will get on at this World Cup," Cuper told journalists during his post-match press conference.
Russia now have six points from two games and have scored eight goals in the process. Although not mathematically assured, Stanislav Cherchesov's side are almost certain to qualify for the round of 16.
