Saudi Arabia’s football team have arrived in Russia ahead of the upcoming FIFA World Cup, the team’s press service said on Saturday.
Saudi Arabia will play Russia in the opening game of the tournament, as well as Egypt and Uruguay who have also been drawn in Group A.
“We are here!” the team wrote on Twitter.
The team will be based in St. Petersburg at the training base of the local side Zenit St. Petersburg.
The World Cup will take place in Russia from June 14 to July 15, with the games set to be held in 11 cities across the country.
