Serbia thrashed Bolivia 5-1 in a friendly match ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup at the Merkur Arena in Graz on Saturday.
Newcastle United and Serbia striker Aleksandar Mitrovic scored a hat-trick, netting in the 4th, 23th and 68th minutes. Zenit St. Petersburg defender Branislav Ivanovic and Torino midfielder Adem Lyaich also both scored first half goals. Bolivia’s solitary effort came in the 48th minute through midfielder Jhasmani Campos.
Serbia will play in Group E along with Brazil, Switzerland and Costa Rica at the World Cup.
