Free shuttle buses transported around 142,000 football fans on the days when World Cup matches were played in St. Petersburg.
"A total of 142,000 fans used free shuttle buses during the six World Cup matches held in St. Petersburg," the city's transport service said.
According to the statement, a total of 125 buses transported around 20,000 spectators before and after France's 1-0 win over Belgium in the semi-finals this morning.
