Croatia midfielder Ivan Strinic said on Thursday that they will be paying more attention to the entire Denmark squad and not only their midfielder Christian Eriksen in preparation for their round of 16 encounter.
“It is hard for me to give a detailed evaluation of Denmark, because we have not analyzed their game yet, we will do that shortly, in the next couple of days. Christian Eriksen is an incredible player, we will analyze him in detail, but when preparing, we'll pay more attention not to him personally, but the entire Denmark team,” Strinic said.
Croatia beat Iceland 2-1 on Tuesday to win Group D with maximum nine points and will face Group C runners-up Denmark in Nizhny Novgorod on Sunday in the last 16.
