Croatia beat Russia 4-3 on penalties in their quarter-final in Sochi on Saturday and will face England in Moscow on Wednesday.
Subasic struggled with a muscle injury during their match against Russia and missed Monday's training session, but worked alongside the two other goalkeepers during a partly open training session on Tuesday.
Vrsaljko suffered a knee injury during extra time of the quarter-final and missed Monday's session as well, but resumed training with the team on Tuesday.
