Nigeria, everybody's 'second team' for the World Cup, have arrived at their World Cup training base in Yessentuki, 600km from Sochi in the south of the country.

The Super Eagles have brought the tournament's youngest squad to Russia.

They have also won hordes of new fans worldwide on the back of their immensely popular home kit and downright swazzy training gear.

The home kit sold out on the first day of its release, with a reported three million orders worldwide.

Nigeria will be training at the Yessentuki Arena, with their first training session set to take place at 4pm local time, which is six hours behind AEST.

They are in Group D with Argentina, Iceland and Croatia.
