Croatia goalkeeper Danijel Subasic, as well as defenders Dejan Lovren and Sime Vrsaljko missed Monday's training session ahead of the semi-final match against England.
Only 19 players took part in the training session held on a pitch near the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.
On Sunday, Croatia beat hosts Russia 4-3 on penalties after drawing 2-2 in extra time and advanced to the semi-finals where they are set to face England on Thursday (AEST).
