Brazil head coach Tite said his side's striker Neymar had almost reached his "top level" at the World Cup in Russia.
Five-time champions Brazil lost 2-1 to Belgium in Kazan and were eliminated from the tournament, while Belgium qualified for the semi-finals, where they will face France in St. Petersburg on Wednesday morning (AEST).
"Neymar has almost reached his top level," Tite said of the 26-year-old star.
"He started playing much better that I could have imagined, he's a very talented player physically as well."
The striker received widespread criticism for his perceived overreaction to contact from other players, but his coach had nothing but praise.
Tite added: "He has outstanding technical and individual qualities. No one can come close to him at this tournament in terms of intensity."
The 2018 FIFA World Cup kicked off on June 14 and will continue until July 15, with the matches being played in 11 cities across Russia.
