The number of tourists visiting Moscow may increase by 10 percent due to the 2018 World Cup, Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow Emil Petrosyan said on Thursday.
"The number of fans [arriving in Moscow] should increase the tourist traffic by 10 percent," Petrosyan told journalists.
He added that about 2 million fans would come to Moscow, according to the local authorities' estimates.
