The Uruguayan and Egyptian national football teams will train at the Yekaterinburg Arena ahead of their first FIFA World Cup game.
Earlier on Wednesday, local authorities said that the teams' training sessions could be moved to other training grounds in order to spare the grass at the stadium.
Uruguay and Egypt are set to go head-to-head in their first game at the World Cup on Friday. Both teams will hold their pre-match training on Thursday.
"Both training sessions will be held at the Yekaterinburg Arena,"Â said Director of the Sverdlovsk Region's Informational Policy Department, Aleksandr Ivanov.
The World Cup will take from June 14 to July 15 at 12 stadiums in 11 Russian cities. Egypt and Uruguay were drawn in Group A alongside hosts Russia and Saudi Arabia.
A total of four group-stage games will be played at the Yekaterinburg’s 35,000-seater stadium, including Egypt taking on Uruguay on Friday.
