Russia midfielder Aleksandr Golovin said on Wednesday that his team should "show their mettle" in their World Cup quarter-final against Croatia.
The match will take place in Sochi on Sunday following the hosts' win over Spain in a penalty shootout in the round of 16.
"Croatia have a style of play that differs from Spain's style. Our team showed more spirit than Spain during that game. They were a bit relaxed. We should be unyielding on the pitch and show our mettle," said the in-demand star.
