Round 13 of the W-League saw Perth Glory host Canberra United in Bunbury, where the local community got out in strong numbers to see some of the best in the women's game.

An eight-goal thriller saw recently crowned Young Australian of the Year, Sam Kerr, take to the pitch alongside Matildas teammates Michelle Heyman and Ellie Carpenter.

International talent was also in the mix, as Americans Haley Kopmeyer, Rachel Hill, Toni Pressley as well as Nikki Stanton. Costa Rica's Raquel Rodriguez and England's Laura Bassett also lined up in the west.

As the points were shared in Perth, the W-League is now gearing up for its Finals Series, where it is a race to see who will finish in the top four.
