At the Socceroos' 2014 World Cup base camp of Vitoria in Espirito Santo, north of Rio, football never stopped.

Whether it was beach football at dawn or beach tennis in the arvo or five a side in an urban cage in the evening (or the middle of the night), football is forever in Brazil.

And that's before you even consider the pro teams throughout the country.

These guys are just locals having a knock about - but when the amateurs are this good, and play this often in any conditions, is it any wonder Brazil's place in football is legendary?
