It was a recovery day for the Socceroos who played the most minutes against France the day before... but for the others it was a chance to force themselves into contention for place in the team against Denmark.
Most of the first XI and those off the bench had only a brief light training session while the rest had a much more spirited attack and defend drill that tested keepers, strikers and defenders alike.
But Josh Risdon and Tomi Juric missed both sessions, only making it briefly onto the sidelines before returning to the nearby Socceroos HQ.
