It was double derby delight on Saturday for Sydney FC after the club's W-League and A-League teams both cruised to victory at ANZ Stadium. Photographer Eric Berry was on hand to capture the action as the Sky Blues women defeated their crosstown rivals, Western Sydney Wanderers, 3-1.
Two quick fire goals in the first half by Remy Siemsen got Sydney off to an ideal start and Lisa de Vanna sealed the win on the hour after Wanderers’ Ellie Brush dragged one back from the penalty spot.
