THE last two remaining 100% records in the Swiss Super League fell by the wayside on Saturday as leaders Aarau were held and Basle were beaten.
Aarau, who had scored seven goals in winning their first three games, could not find a way past the Neuchatel Xamax defence and were forced to settle for a goalless draw.
They remained top, however, as second-placed Basle slipped to a 2-0 defeat at Sion. Beto opened the scoring after 37 minutes and Saidi Aladu Adeshina sealed the points on the stroke of half-time.
