The midfielder netted the winner in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Norwich City as Tony Pulis' side took a step closer to top-flight survival.

It was only the Scotland international's third of the season, and his first since November, as Stoke reached the 40-point mark for the campaign.
"Peter [Crouch] did ever so well and Cameron Jerome did well to protect the ball from the defender," he said.
"I managed to nip in, get a header and then a strike at goal. Hopefully that's the first of many goals, we've got three games to go and it would be nice if I could add a couple of goals between now and the end of the season and a couple of victories would be even better.
"We've been creating chances and it was only a matter of time before they went in. They've gone in for us in the last few games."
The win saw Stoke climb to 12th in the table, eight points clear of Wigan in 18th and Adam is hoping to take a maximum haul from their remaining fixtures.
"There are three games to go and nine points to play for," he added.
"It's going to be tough but we're looking forward to it and hopefully we can win every game. Whatever happens in the next three games could carry on to next season.
"This is a difficult league and we're pleased with six points from the last two games.
"A couple of weeks ago, it wasn't looking too good for us, but we're back in the mix again and looking forward to the rest of the season."
