The Reds host Central Coast Mariners in the Round of 32 clash on Wednesday at Marden Sports Complex.

The Macron-designed home kit draws inspiration from the inaugural Reds jersey of the 2003/04 National Soccer League season, worn by the likes of Aurelio Vidmar, Richie Alagich and Goran Lozanovski.

The shirt incorporates two-tone red horizontal stripes and the club’s badge embroidered on the left chest with the rebranded FFA Cup logo featuring on the opposite side. A white and red V-neck as well as mesh inserts on either side of the torso complement the slim fit jersey.

The navy shorts also feature red trimming around the bottom of the shorts and two vertical red stripes either side of the Macron insignia, with all-red socks completing the iconic ensemble.

The away strip is a two-tone, white and grey slim fit with a unique black outline covering both sides of the torso. Mesh inserts also feature on either side of the jersey. The V-neck design also matches the home jersey, but with black trimming.

The white away shorts mirror the home kit with two vertical grey stripes as well as grey trimming at the bottom. All-white socks finish off the sleek clash strip.

Meanwhile United’s goalkeepers embrace fluorescent kits for the first time.

The first kit is a fluorescent green, accented with black trimming under the arms and around the front of the neck lining, while the second shirt is a fluorescent yellow, and third being a black and grey combination with fluorescent green highlights. All three goalkeeper kits incorporate a distinctive diagonal stripe across the body.
