Since signing in August last year, Mierzejewski has lifted the FFA Cup with the Sky Blues, won the Mark Viduka Medal for player of the Cup final and shared in A-League season honours.

On Friday night the team lifted the Premiers Plate - their second on the trot and two games after they won it outright - in front of an adoring home crowd. A 1-0 win over Melbourne Victory in a season Big Blue clean sweep, that came with the Beyond Blue Cup, was just the icing on the cake for Graham Arnold's menย

The club hashtag #NotDoneYet could easily apply to the Polish international who last night moved one point clear of Melbourne City's Luke Brattan in the Alex Tobin Medal (based on a 3,2,1 match points award by Fox Sports) and is the favourite of many pundits to pick up the Johnny Warren Medal for player of the season - won by his teammate Milos Ninkovic last season.

"I came here to win the trophies and this is the second one and not the last," Sydney's marquee told Fox Sports post match.

"To be honest, from the beginning it was a tough season we had some injuries and all that but I think from the first game everyone knows we are the best team and we need just to prove it.

"Now itโ€™s 17 points (above second placed Newcastle Jets). Two months ago everyone is saying maybe Sydney drop, you know, and Newcastle is coming closer. So yes, difficult season but not done yet."

As for any more personal awards that may flow his way, the 31-year-old says it's too early to contemplate.ย

The Sky Blues have a must win AFC Champions League match against Shanghai Shenhua on Tuesday night followed by and A-League Championship that goes up for grabs.

"I think itโ€™s too early (to talk about medals)," he said. "We have five games more, I hope, but it was a good season (and medals are) just something extra. Iโ€™m happy for me but the most important is the team trophy. So after the Grand Final we can weigh everything."
