Adriano's agent insists there is "no chance at all" of the troubled Inter Milan striker moving to Flamengo.
Speculation has been rife that Adriano is set for a return to his homeland with Flamengo vice-president Kleber Leite claiming earlier this month he was going to discuss matters with the Brazilian's representatives.
However, Gilmar Rinaldi claims his client, who is recovering from a thigh injury in Brazil over the holidays, will return to the San Siro in the next few days.
"There is no chance at all of him going to Flamengo," Rinaldi told Globoesporte.com. "I have not talked to anybody in the club.
"Moreover, he wants to stay at Inter and will present himself there according to plan on January 2."
Rinaldi also rubbished reports that Adriano could be on his way to Chelsea - something his former girlfriend recently claimed.
Adriano has endured a difficult season with the Nerazzurri and was left out of Inter's team for five games earlier this season after a disagreement with coach Jose Mourinho.
Moreover, earlier this month Inter were forced to deny media speculation that the 26-year-old had turned up to training under the influence of alcohol.
