The Adelaide United forward has played in some huge games for his country over the years but he is not anticipating any further involvement.

Having said that, he has left the door open just a fraction should his country ever need him.

The 33-year-old told au.fourfourtwo.com: "If they were really struggling with injuries and the like then, yes, I would make myself available.

"But to be honest, I have a lot of confidence in the young guys who are coming through and playing for Australia.

"I think I've already said how much I rate Bruce Djite and there are others capable of scoring goals.

"I haven't seen all the qualifying games but the coach has a big pool of players to choose from and there's no doubt in my mind that we will qualify for the World Cup in 2010."
