Sky Blues boss Graham Arnold thanked a "fantastic group of players" for helping him to his second A-League Coach of the Year honour at the Dolan Warren awards on Monday night.
Arnold steered Premiers Sydney FC to a record-breaking 2016/17season, finishing 17 points clear at the top of the A-League table with the highest points tally in the history of the competition.
The last time Arnold picked up the award was in 2011/12 with the Central Coast Mariners when they took the Premiers Plate but fell to Brisbane Roar in the Grand Final.
He will be sweating on going one better on Sunday when the Sky Blues host Melbourne Victory in the season decider.

Sydney's Remy Siemsen was named W-League Young Player of the Year.
Accepting the award at The Star event centre, Arnold said: "You can't be successful without wonderful players and I believe I've got a fantastic group of players. They turn up everyday with the right intention to win."
The coach, well-known for his gruff public demeanour, also thanked his wife, admitting he must be a "complete pain in the backside to live with,"
