AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti has hailed the impact of new signing Mathieu Flamini.
The France international signed a four-year contract earlier this summer following a move to Italy from Arsenal.
Flamini made his Rossoneri debut in Thursday´s 0-0 pre-season friendly draw against Cremonese, and Ancelotti was delighted with what he saw.
"Flamini is a complete player," said the Milan coach. "He can be useful to us in defence and in attack.
"He makes few mistakes and for those who don´t know him he is a positive prospect. But for those of us who already know him he represents a certainty."
The 24-year-old midfielder was also satisfied with his performance in his first game for the Rossoneri.
"Everything went well," said Flamini. "I had no problems on the pitch and I am happy.
"This was my first game with Milan and I hope it will be the first of many."
