Anderson has joined Kedah after completing a medical and securing a release from UAE outfit Emirates Club. The centre back had headed to the Middle East after leaving Sydney FC at the end of the 2015/2016 A-League season.

Anderson made just four appearances for Emirates Club, despite signing a two-year deal in July.
