Aragones will be stepping down from his Spain post at the end of the tournament and according to reports in Madrid-based sports daily Marca, the 69-year-old will then take over at Turkish giants Fenerbahce.

However, speaking at the pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow's final group match against Greece, Aragones said of the situation: "I know what you know.

"Obviously I have an agent who is working for me as we knew that I was going to leave after Euro 2008, but I have nothing else to add to that.

"I have also heard talk linking me with America or Mexico. Right now I can't talk about anything, if I did know I would tell you."

Aragones, who will turn 70 just a month after Euro 2008, revealed in April that he would consider going abroad to continue his coaching career once his four-year stint in charge of Spain came to an end.

If he does take over at Fenerbahce, the hugely-experienced former Barcelona, Sevilla, Valencia and Espanyol coach would take over from Brazilian Zico, who resigned earlier this month after two years in charge.

Fenerbahce finished second in last season's Super Lig, six points behind Galatasaray, to seal a place in the Champions League.

They reached the quarter-finals of last season's competition, where they were knocked out by eventual finalists Chelsea.
